Onboarding

CFLW Onboarding
Once an agreement has been reached between an end-user organization and CFLW, the following roles must be assigned to effectively use the license via CFLW Platform: Executive, Manager (optional), and End-Users.
Executive
The executive is the person within the organization who manages the license and is the essential point of contact. Each organization must have one executive. The executive can create and delete new end-users, and organization information can be updated for example. Executives are invited to a quarterly CFLW Account Connect meeting, where updates on contracting, development of new solutions, and other good practices are shared.
Manager
Can create and delete new end-users, but cannot, for example, edit organization information. In some organizations, one of the managers is the day-to-day point of contact for CFLW. The manager role is not mandatory; it is particularly relevant when more services are contracted or when a larger number of users are involved. A manager can focus on a specific application, but can also be a purchasing manager who wants to stay informed of changes. Managers are also invited to the quarterly CFLW Account Connect meeting.
End Users
Weekly CFLW Hands-on and Skill Up sessions are available to onboard and train end users in the CFLW Intelligence Services, as well as CFLW Meet-Ups to stay informed about the latest technological developments.
Business and Premium subscriptions allow for an unlimited number of end users to be created and use the contracted service. Individual user accounts allow for an agreed-upon number of users to access the contracted service. Everybody must have an active organisation email address to manage and use CFLW Intelligence Services.
Executives and managers can create new accounts for end users within their organization. This can be done individually via the CFLW Platform, or via an Excel file to create a large number of accounts. This Excel file can only be processed by CFLW via Support Desk. A new end user will receive an email and must set a password to access and use the contracted services.
