1st IoT Security Dialogue during RSA Conference San Francisco

26 February 2020 – Together with the Consulate General in San Francisco, the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO), TNO we organised the 1st IoT Security Dialogue as a side event of the RSA Conference in San Francisco, USA.

The dialogue was opened by the Dutch government and U.S. Department of Homeland Security. We had contributions from Microsoft, Compumatica Secure Networks, Eindhoven University of Technology, RSA Security, GRIMM (SMFS, Inc.) and Radically Open Security.

There was a lot of inspiration and energy during the dialogue about how sector-specific the IoT Security problem is. There were more than 80 attendees with a cyber security background along the verticals Automotive, Health, Industrial, Financial and Consumer IoT.

The preliminary conclusion is a more sector-specific approach than expected. The full set of results will be shared as a short report soon.
